Shipping policy

We ship most of our items in 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 10 days. If you are requesting a customized piece, please allow an extra 5 business days, for a total of 15 business days.

 

SUE AND JANE LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages will be delivered by mail carriers only. It is up to the customer to contact the mail carrier for assistance with their packages. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it.
